Take a drum loop at a different bmp and speed it up or slow
it down

Or better still, take one at a different bpm.

If you have something that is already counting beats at 175,
simply cut a section of it to exactly one bar or something,
so it loops perfectly. Then cut the same section of a beat
loop and alter the pitch so it so it matches the exact
length of your original bar. Note the % change and adjust
the pitch of the whole beat loop by that percentage.
Goldwave will let you do this easily.

Alternatively you can load your beat loop into Recycle, cue
up the beat markers and adjust the tempo to whatever you
desire.
