I am a fan of mdma, booze, funny fags. I have had mushrooms once which were mint. I have dabbled in amphetamines which I find to be rancid the day after. Hence intake no longer. Others do not appeal to me and I think I will continue the use (not abuse of the above), as I believe they are given a bad press due to the amount of tax money that would be lost if they legalised some of the above. People who work in the booze trade would also loose jobs as some folk would visit the traditional pub less frequently. Some of my friends no longer go on the standard "get pissed" night out, due to the following reasons : 1. Pissed people often fight 2. I paid £4 for one pint the other night 3. Beer goggles 4. Loss of dancing skills when pissed 5. Lack of bladder control whence pissed |

Just did weed for a long time, Im not stupid enough to get addicted to anything (except Coffee which I freely admit is my life blood) and I dont find any hard or non-euphoric drugs all that interesting, because at the end of the day, all Im after is a different perspective. |

As you can tell from my handle, I lean towards the psychadelics. I am a shroom/acid man myself. Never tried MDMA, mostly because it's so hard to know what you're getting. Shrooms rock. I remember the first time I tried 'em, I didn't think it was working, and then I suddenly looked up and the sky was purple. I was blown away. Been hooked since, and I don't feel bad cuz it's a natural high. Are they even illegal? |

well...here in Holland it ain't that difficult to get whatever you want. i've been on mdma, speed an coke for quite a long time...stopped with it because my mind got to fucked up. used some xtc again last week after a stop of 6 months, and it was quite good, i can say that i really missed the mdma feeling....speed on the other hand is something i don't wanna use anymore, i've had enough of it and it really eats on your muscles and brain>>>fucked up for a week after 1 gram! so to you all who have never done alot of drugs....think about it and enjoy it if you're on to it. I used to [not any more] ingest LSD on a frequent basis.. all the time. Large doses of it as well, I once overdosed On mushrooms [you poison yourself on those], and went to the hospital.. almost died. Ate like an ounce of those almost. Did coke for a long time, quit after it got too scary, smoked far too much weed everyday/allday. Tried all sorts of pills, speed, shit like that. Used to snort too much stuff. THen I quit after I was having heart problems. Now Im just a social drinker, at the bar and parties and such. |

No.. mushrooms should no be legal.. I don't give a fuck if any drugs even weed are made legal, it doesn't concern me. Cause I don't do anything anymore.. when I used to do lots I didn't care either. If they make it legal then they will tax it hardcore like they do cigs and booze. So youd be paying more anyways. Also shrooms can be so dangerous.. if they are good and powerful, the only reason you get high from them is because of poison.. so when I Overdosed On shrooms I really poisened myself. And I know many people who have taken too many, or they were too potent. Shrooms are plain stupid in my opinion. I did them way too many times... countless nights/evenings high off my ass, acting like a moron. |

Taking drugs allows one to escape from reality for a short while. They are tools that exist that allow us to do this, as a hot air balloon is a tool that allows us to experience something new. Why do we say these "tools" are immoral? Granted they can cause mental problems, but other scenarios can cause problems too (stress at work, women / men problems and money problems). I suppose drugs do act as an extra worry in peoples lives, but I bet drugs have improved some peoples lives. If man or nature are not meant to be able to synthesis and use a certain material, then I believe it would not be possible to do it. Man has developed knowledge to allow him to manipulate the raw materials on earth to be able to produce weapons (an invention that has killed more people than drugs). Does it really matter anyway, a person is on earth for a certain amount of time, if he / she decides to use drugs during his or her existence it has got nothing to do with me. If you cannot handle it you have to suffer the consequences. I don't want to quote Robbie Williams, but : "If you want to taste the highs you have to taste the lows" |

i'm about to have mushrooms this weekend for the first time in 8 years, last time i took shrooms i lost it big time, maybe it was because i had 300!! but i think with mushrooms and LSD you have to be in the right frame of mind before you take them, people have bad trips because of the state of mind they are in, even the slightest worry can kick off a negative reaction. so before you trip again make sure you are in a positive frame of mind before ingesting, maybe i'm wrong but this is my view. I also smoke alot of weed, maybe too much(7 grams a day). and MDMA most weekends. it will be interesting to see what happens in maybe 15 or 20 years when we will know the real long term affects of MDMA use, i for one have been using MDMA since 92, but the problem is i don't know what else has been put into the pills and powder i have been taking for all these years, i think the only argument for legalisation would be maybe we'd get cleaner drugs, i mean dealers are like the government anyway, they're only in it for themselves. drugs can be positive or negative. but the person who is taking them can also be positive or negative. it all comes down to individuality and personal choice. as long as you are not harming anybody else i dont care what you do. I heard a good tip, take a small dose of mdma before a mushroom or acid trip to get you relaxed and happy. Anyway, it seems that drugs have not effected your life span, starting to take mdma at the age of 92, that can't be bad. I would not be able to get my Grandparents to join me at a rave. |

A few of my mates have Grandmothers who are on their last legs. They have been prescribed many tasty treats. For most of the day they are away with it, especially after drinking gin. That is a treat to look forward to when we are older. Getting fuc*ed for free thanks to the government. At that age old folk deserve it as they have often given society their share of ideas or man/woman power. Why not allow the geriatrics get wasted. When we are that old and in that state at least there will be some improved music to listen to. I would not fancy getting in some of the states I have been in listening to : Humperdink, Sinatra, Slim Whitman or Des O'Conner. |

Hey Hedtwin, magic mushrooms (mainly Liberty Caps) don't come out until the autumn so you'll be wasting your time looking around in the summer. But for fuck's sake BE CAREFUL, plenty of my friends have gone mental on those things. One of them is permanently screwed in the head, has to take anti-psycotics all the time. Once his sister found him in the garden, chanting with two of his college books on fire while he had cut his hand and allowed it to bleed into a glass that he was drinking out of. Likewise, another friend of mine was found in the garden by his dad in the pissing rain talking to his palm. He was sent off to a mental institute and I haven't seen him since. I've been off to hospital myself after doing too much. The thing about mushrooms is you don't know how much Psylocobin is in each one. Often there are freak mushrooms that are ten times stronger than the average - then you're in for a fucked up trip. I think the best illustration of their strength is supposed to be blue-ish colour at the bottom of the stalk : the bluer, the stronger. I think the best argument for the legalisation of drugs is simply because they exist. People are going to take them anyway - I think this is a point that should be noted by Anne Widecombe (scum of the earth, right-wing, British MP) - the harder they are condemmed the more violent the reaction against the rules will be. By prohibiting drugs you alienate the users thus making any governmental health warning about them just as alien as the law itself. This kind of law must have the reverse effect on the most common drug user - the teenager. I don't advocate drug use, I may do it myself but drugs are dangerous. In fact it is a shame that we need to do them at all really - imagine what the mind would be like if you could simulate pilling or tripping etc. I don't really think that they make good enough drugs either. By the way (on a rather contradictoy note) has anyone tried Ketamine? It is the most INSANE experience. Cheers. |

i used to goto a lot of partys on traveller sites and them nutters used to love doing ketamine all the time, jesus thats one fucked drug. I've never taken it myself, but, a close friend of mine did and he had an "im going to die" experience on it. I was also at a party a few years back and this guy on ketamine fell out of a window and died. Its a Horse traqueliser apparently, totally fucks you up, i would never recommend anyone take it. |

Ketamine is the devils arse. its a drug used to knock horses out so what does that tell you. also does anyone remember Flatliners, there was a period in the 90s when they were the only pills available in Liverpool, nobody could remember a thing the day after taking them, the pills where a combination of MDMA and Ketamine which sent everyone loopy. I was in a festival for the Eclipse in Cornwall run by travellers and they were all on Ketamine, you could see people having a line and hitting the floor out cold, scary stuff, ideal conditions for taking ketamine are meant to be in a relaxed atmosphere with good friends, but the loonys who i've seen take it have all been into bangin techno or hardcore shite. FUCK THAT!!!!! |
