traduction, s'il-vous-plaît cher JAroen? : )

i'm afraid of "living" too.
but not living as being alive, living as the life we all
have to lead, with work and work and boredom and getting
older and having to do things with people, no escape, etc...
=/

this "life" seems so artificial...
life in fictional stories and dreams seem so much more real
to me.

even when the monkey wears a golden ring, he still has an
ugly member

what i always do in situations like this is typing both as
quotes in the google search bar and see which one gets most
responses:

'Al is een aap... : 0 points

'Al draagt een aap... : 1090 points

muhahaha >:D

member?
anyway, besides the 'is' thing, i'm pretty sure it is:
even when a monkey wears a golden ring, he still is an ugly
thing

im good at this!

by the way, in the last volume of '3x3 Eyes' out in france,
there is some kind of reflection about this - normal people
(Natsuko, a normal girl who grew up into a woman, leading a
normal life) living their "real" life, boring, envying the
others, fantastic characters (Yakumo, a boy who knew Natsuko
when he was still real but who turned into a "wu", immortal,
not growing up anymore and having painful but extraordinary
adventures - - - Natsuko misses Yakumo a lot, and when she
finally meets him, she somehow shows her true self (not by
her free will though, there is black magic or something like
that involved so that Yakumo enters her interior world), she
is so angry and hating about the life she has and jealous of
him even though she tries to portray and restrain this, she
loves Yakumo and hates him at the same time, she doesn't
forgive him but feels like she needs him, and wants the
world to disappear)...
