 | okay. now. this may take me a bit, because i'm terrible at explaining things. here goes:

does anyone have any idea how to make it so that if i
right-click on a link to open in a new browser window it'll
open maximized? because it changes all the time. one day
it'll be some pathetically tiny window, and the next it'll
be almost fullscreen...but. yeah. is this making
sense? when i right click a link to "open in new window" i
want it to be "maximized". is there anywhere i can go and
 set this? yeah? no?

 | hmmmm.... sometimes if you close/minimize any previous windows you're in, the new link MAY come in maximized.

 | Start by closing all of your browser windows. Then launch your browser again, right-click on any link, and choose
'Open in New Window'. Size the secondary window the way you
want all such windows to be. Now close it while holding down
the 'Shift' key, and repeat this for the primary window
that remains. You might have to repeat this process from
time to time though. Hope that helps.
