 | I have these headaches all the time that are connected to my shoulder/neck being to tense from sitting infront if the
computer too long... It really affects my mood too.

Any tips on how to overcome this? Any good sites with
 exersices for the neck/shoulders?

 It'd be helpful!

 | don't sit longer than 30 or 60 minutes without getting up and doing something, if just walking around your house.
it will keep you a bit more energic aswell...
good for your... everything! not just your neck/back.

 | Me too, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night, because of the immense neck Pain.
I have no solution other than to NOT sit around longer
infront of the puter than 12 hours.......

 | I guess there's no shortcut to feeling good... : (
I've tried this: Laying on my bed with only my head sticking
out over the "border" on one end and then do sort of like
 sit-ups with my head/neck.

After only ten-twenty times I start to feel my neck getting
strained and blood starts flowing to my head. I continue a
bit more and then my neck feel very relaxed. Sometimes the
 headaches goes away instantly.
