What do people use to make animated GIF?. i'm using Adobe
Premiere but whenever I make one, the file size is usually
over 12Kb. Anyone know any compression techniques, or
different software?

Don't bother with Jasc Animation shop as the file size also
ends up too big unless you bring down the image quality and
then it looks shit. Trying to get under 12kb is murder.

Adobe Imageready is good for this. And you can compress with
it well.
