The only Planet Mu i've been able to get ahold of is
VSnares Higgins Ultra Low and Jega's Geometry. Anything else
recommended? I really like what i've heard from Mu so far...

Check out Nautillis' albums, I quite like his style.
Also people like µ-Ziq's new one "Bilious Paths".

I think Planet µ has a lot of breakcore stuff which I'm not
really into. If you're into speedy drill breakcore stuff,
Venetian Snares is quite good (though I fucking hate him. A
lot) and Speedranch is quite good (and hands down the best
member of the µ board - funny as hell).

Just go to the site and check out some samples.

for having a million releases, not too many of them are
worth anything in my opinion....but the ones that are,
REALLY ARE!

don't miss anything from nautilis (sketches especially),
jega (geometry is better than spectrum, but spectrum is good
too), or bit meddler!

i liked the first joseph nothing album...lots of crazy
samples, catchy cheesy melodies with the occasional drill n
bass eruption, very nice...

the capitol k album is good, it's grown on me since i got it
and there are some great tracks, but to me his style gets a
little annoying after a whole album, plus the version of
"capitol beat sticky" on the "cosmic forces of µ" album is
superior to the album version...

i'd say get the "cosmic forces of µ" album but i think it's
out of print now, if it gets repressed then go for it!...

the slag boom van loon remixes album i thought was very
disappointing...

lots of breakcore type stuff it seems on planet µ, but
since it's a style i'm not really into i'm no help there.

actually i've been wanting to hear some more downtempo as
well. any great slower stuff on mu too?

kettel has a great track called "buxom berceuse" on the
"cosmic forces" comp, otherwise his 7" "atomic tadley" is i
think oop. the o9 track on the same comp is also excellent,
and also from an oop 7".

there are some other nice downtempo tracks on that comp, if
you can ever track it down.

if you're ok with accepting mixes, i could send you a mix of
some nice downtempo.

Very minimal and chill stuff. Good emotional and atmospheric
tracks.

pretty fine ep if I do say so myself

I'm listening to doormouse's 'broken,' at the moment, and
DAMN! that's pretty decent tracks. I dunno what exactly the
allure is...but it's sooo refreshingly amature, and well
done material. The use of samples is exquisite!

I'm also getting bored with the recent warp releases...

Oh man the Bit Meddler mixup on that is the tightest....even
if his selection of tunes can be a little.....80's and gay..
(I half expected to hear the "everybody dance now!" track on
there...actually I think it might be - haven't heard it for
a while)
