 jalapenos
 chedder cheese
 
 mix up the tuna and mayo and spread on the toast.  add a
 hefty layer of jalapenos.  add big slice of cheese.
 
 grill it with some butter

 | japanese kid's breakfast favorite: 
 1-2 tbsp veggi oil
 2 cups over-night rice (rice made night before and kept in
 refrigerator)
 3 large eggs
 salt
 soy sauce
 
 scramble up the eggs with a bit of oil. before eggs turn dry
 add rest of oil and the rice. fry together.  salt and soy to
 taste.
