finally watched this movie,
i thoght it was pretty damn good
all my "non-techno" friends, to the like, disliked it.
it felt like a venetian snares music video or something,
they all expected it to be the scariest movie in the world, and thus, was dissapointed, but i really enjoyed it.
the somewhat abstraction, def grabbed my attention.

I haven't watched the US remake, only the Japanese original, which I was disappointed with. Didn't hold the tension very well, and since it was based mainly around tension, it therefore failed.

Loved Ring and Rasen (Ring: The Spiral), the "lost" sequel. Haven't seen the American remake, I'm a little unsure about it.
I just love the sound that appears when the date appears on the screen (in Ring), very cool sound.
