I just burned a Knoppix CD and booted with it. This
is too cool! It runs from the CD and doesn't mess up your
current OS (whether that is Windows or Linux or whatever).

It's a great way to get a taste of Linux without commiting
to installing it next to or on top of your current OS.

Debian is awesome. If only my linux machines had a
recognizable graphics chip I would still use.

I have resolved to never, ever, ever buy another piece of
hardware that doesn't have Linux support, preferably
directly from the manufacturer.
