Something simple allways works for me.. Some nice fish isn't too hard to cook, spinach is 4 minutes to boil, and roast some potatoes and parsnips for 40 minutes.... a slice of lemon and you're there! Watch 'Amelie' maybe and you'll have a lovely evening either way! |
