hammerhead and microsoft sound recorder. seriously. i plan to rework this track a bit - this is a trial but i probably will put in some better synths! glad you enjoy it. i do too. |

i liked it verrry much. not to say i love it. the cheap synths are great! but it would sound a bit better if you would 1. make the synth melody a little longer. it loops 2 times before the break comes in. 2. the first drum loop is looping to. you should change that. 3. after 1.30 the second synth melody comes in. it's kinda "thrown in". you should make something that connects the two pieces. besides it's a very good song. i like it very much. especially the reversed sounds in the loops. have to try that for myself :) |

alright! i've finally made some changes and i'm uploading the song now. funny you should mention the intro, because i ditched it. :-D it's way different now. i also added some bassline, which really helped, and plus i made the levels more even. the cheap synths are still there, but it isn't nearly as dominant so it's far less annoying. and plus, some of the more intricate patterns were toned down a bit - i thought they were a bit loud.... not the main drum and intricate loops, but their accompaniments. i'm uploading the new version now (it will have the same name) and i'll tell you when it's up. |
