 | It's not an IDM or even electronic song. It's I think from the 70's maybe Eagles or something with
similar chiming guitars and faux country feel to it. It's
been on dozens of movie soundtracks some of the lyrics are

"I am in the desert, with a horse with no name...something
 something etc etc..etc.."
 then the chorus goes
Nna Nna Naaa Naaa Na Nna Nna
 Nna Nna Naaa Nna

 or alternatively
Lla Lla Laaa Laaa La Lla Lla
 Lla Lla Laaa Lla

Any help will be appreciated. It has been driving me nuts.
The last time I heard it was on an Episode of SIX FEET UNDER
where those weirdo cult women are singing it.

 | Whenever I want the name of a song/movie like that, just type in an exact phrase search for those lyrics in google.

 | OK, so here's my query: I woke up the other morning to the sounds of the local college radio station playing this
wicked indie-pop tune, the chorus of which contained the
 line

 "like sailing on merciful seas"

i didn't catch the name of the band, but it was said it's
apparently on Bella records or something of the sort.

GOOGLE does fuck all trying to search either for the lyrics
(and i think "saling on merciful seas" is the title of the
track as well) or bella records. same with the ALLMUSIC
 guide.

 can anyone help me?
