 | Don't be silly...getting constipated won't help... get proper medication...

drink a lot of fluids to prevent dehydration (one glass of
water with 2 teaspoons of sugar..and quarter teaspoon of
 salt)

 eat apples minus the skin...

drink tea with little or no milk...

also try to drink some arrowroot conjee (add 1 tablespoon
arrowroot powder or barly powder to 200 ml water and mix
well...boil till thick...season with a pinch of salt)

try to stay on a light diet....no red meat/heavy beans for
 the next coupld of days

 and get yourself some rest...

 That should do the trick.

 | you dont solve the diarrhea with constipation... you just need food that doesnt make you go more and more to the
 bathroom... so:

dont drink water, you must add some lemmon to it

eat only white rice, with no additives. you can also have
natural yougurt and maybe some jam

no salt, no tomato... basically nothing that tastes good

 also apples

but remember not to drink anytoherthing apart from water
 with some lemmon

 | Go to a health food store and buy psyllium husks - they can be disgusting. Put a teaspoon of the husks in a glass of
water and drink it up. The psyllium husks absorb water and
form a gelatinous "goo" with your fecal material. This
gives diarrhea a solid form and makes it easier to pass as a
 solid stool.

You can continue this process every few hours until it
stops. Immoduim works well, but my line of work inhibits me
 from recommending drugs.

Make sure to replenish your sodium by eating salty foods.
Replenish your potassium with a bananna or two (banannas
lock you up too). It sounds crazy, but drink alot of water.
Diarrhea is the number one killer in the world because it
results in dehydration. (I'm not joking). You won't
rehydrate yourself properly without sodium and potassium
 though - so eat up.
