i'm setting up my POP3 e-mail account.
could anyone tell me what to enterr...

Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server: [enter]

An SMTP server is the server that is used for your outgoing
mail
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: [enter]

its a POP3 account. i have the address i use and the
password etc... i just don't know what to enterr in these 2
places.

you need to sort that out with your email provider. ask them
what to put in the fields, or check the faq, but usually it
goes something like this:

pop.youremailprovider.com
smtp.yourisp.com

i know forr a fact i have an imporrtant e-mail, and forr
some fucked up rreason i can't actually see it via NTL's
