:) i just won cd's on ebay for 35 euros alltogether --- albums: LFO - ADVANCE RAC - DIVERSIONS PLAID - NOT FOR THREES SUN ELECTRIC - PRESENT AMB 6943 promo albums: LFO - ADVANCE RICHARD H KIRK - THE NUMBER OF MAGIC JIMI TENOR - INTERVISION NIGHTMARES ON WAX - SMOKERS DELIGHT singles from LFO, JIMI TENOR, DAVID MOUFANG (promo) (doesn't say which ones.. hm what the hell) and APHEX TWIN - ICCT HEDRAL (promo) plus a press / distribution promo only special WARP compilation CD featuring , elektroids, autechre, nightmares on wax, aphex twin --- reason i bid on this is the ICCT hedral promo, for collectors sake that is (only AFX and æ stuff). does anyone know anything about it? i couldn't find much info on it. is it a donkey rhubarb promo or something? thanks in advance. i'm still happy with the stuff anyways though :) |

The ICCT Hedral is meant to have a longer version of that track on it than the Donkey Rhubarb promo...but that is the stuff of legends...it could just be a mislabled 12". |

I've got this promo as well...dunno how much it's worth or it's rare tho.. IIRC, ICCT was going to be the name of the EP, but was swapped to be Donkey Rhubarb instead for some reason...(Not sure why...)... it's the Phillip Glass version of ICCT rather than the Aphex version on ICBYD... |

The ICCT Hedral promo is not rare nor special in any way - the tracks are identical in length to the Donkey Rhubarb EP. ICCT Hedral was meant to be the single for ICBYD (due to the Philip Glass collab.), but they decided that Donkey Rhubarb was a more notable track and instead made it an EP with the ICCT Hedral collab on it. Also, it is thought that ICCT Hedral means "I see (a) cathedral" or "Icy Cathedral" referring to the cathedral-like string sounds in the original. This is just speculation though. |
