Anyone know how to make links blur when you move your mouse
over them like this?

oh come on, we all know about how he "drowned" in that
swimming pool, just as the shamen struck lucky with their
re-relaese of progen aka move any mountain. after their 3rd
(4th?) album en-tact, being picked up by the mainstream
dance select at the time, it was clear it ws only time that
evaded thier success. conicidence, i think not.

well i'm not too familiar with this type of cascading style
sheet, or css, which was used to do the blur thing. but i am
a little familiar with css's otherwise. i just looked at the
source code at the part that seems to do it is

A:link,A:active,A:visited
{COLOR:gray; TEXT-DECORATION: none;font-face:arial;font
size: 8pt;
font-weight: normal;line-height:10px}
A:hover {COLOR: #000000; font-face:tahoma;
filter: flipv(); filter: blur(Strength=10,Direction=270);
height: 0;
text-transform: uppercase;
cursor: ne-resize;
font-size:8pt; font-style: normal;
font-weight: normal;LETTER-SPACING: 0pt}
-->

the part that says 'filter:flipv(); filter: blur(..........'
is what you're looking for. just incase you were wanting to
do this on something like the messageboard, this isn't
posibble. it has to be inserted into the html page in
between the header. this also has to have a (style) before
and a (/style) after it but substitute < for (, they seemed
to have dissapeared when i did the preview of this post.
