Cheap Dance Music...

you know, sometimes cheap dance music that you hear on tv
and stuff is fun and good... I found this old cd last night
that my brother used to own... Dance Mix 93... and some of
the songs are actually pretty good... The Rhythm of the
Night is nice... kinda cheap vocal part, but some nice synth
parts working in the background... and the beat, although
straight forward and such, is addictive enough...

sometimes I like my music easy, so I can just listen, and
not have to think too much about it...

Isn't that song by Corona...I remember that one...pure
cheese...unfortunately I can't listen to it more than once
in 10 years.

She, 2 Unlimited, Real McCoy, Haddaway...all these jerks
were big time into cashing in on the UK acid boom. I dislike
them all.

yes, Corona... I have the cd case here, but I'm embarrassed
to take it out (I'm in a computer lab at school) :)

hey, there's nothing wrong with listening pure, cheesy, pop
music every now and then... this cd is very nostalgic too...
I used to listen to it all the time back in 93...

Snap is nice.
-Rythm is a dancer..
-Eternity..
-Welcome to tomorrow

I used to be crazy about Kai Tracid - liquid skies ,
especially the vocals LOL!

More recently, I likED Benny B. - Satisfaction, but only the
first 5 times I heard it..

I know what you mean...my sis still has some of that stuff
on tape, and nasty as it is...it does come with a whole load
of memories...a majority of which I like.

Funny, I was just thinking of Rhythm Is A Dancer as one of
the only cheesy songs that I still don't mind!

They had that Martha Walsh lady sing on that track...she
really lets it all hang out on that track...true house diva,
I tell you.
