Wow... great sound overall, really clear, really clean.

I'm itching to hear more longer phrases in the vocal/sample.
The quick samples work really well with the staccato chords
on the organ pad patch you use

And I hope you add some more progressions to it, or
something that builds the energy of the track, lots of
potential for some fun stuff... yea... lots of potential
mate, keep um coming

Thanks mucho! I know I need to throw in more changes and
shit but right now I'm just trying to develop some facility
with the software.

The vocal samples - does anyone know who the girl is? Heh
heh.

just listened to the other one up there - cloud william -
and it was nice, but the new one is much better.

I guess that means I'm improving. :D

I did Cloud William in Cubase, and Amenelie in Fruity. I'm
shocked - SHOCKED I say - to find that Fruity is turning out
to be a better program for drawing out my inspiration. And I
don't even mind the pattern based arrangement any more.

You can do anything with any program as long as you have
enough patience and creativity! Both of which you seem to
have plenty of, fleetmouse!

*is now a fan of fleetmouse* :-D

very nice. where was the voice taken from?

is the changing bitrate intentional? or is winamp just being
an arse?

i liked it very much by the way, reminds me of Jarre in a
way

thecurbcreeper -> It's a singer who used to be
gigantic in the alternative music scene... (that's
the strongest hint I will give)

Jazembo -> yes, it's a variable bitrate file. They sound
better and take less space cause they only use as much
bandwidth as they need for each moment of music. And thanks
for the comparison to Jarre. :D

What, no one can guess whose voice that is? I can't
deal with this. I'm amazed.

whoooooooo isssssss ittttttttt?????

it sounds so familiar. with that hint all i can think of is
the singer from garbage or maybe the singer from veruca salt
but i don't think it really sounds like them from what i
remember of them. some part it sounds like bjork to me. my
ears are no good. please tell me. please....

I'm so disappointed that I can't come up with better hints
without being obvious. I mean, where is my mind?

Finally! Yes! It's the rant where she's talking about (I
think) a teacher at a girls' school who was after the
students.

Now where did I get the drum samples and the chord stab
tones? (clues are in the title)

Amelié?

If yes, I'm even more looking forward to hearing this. Bump
