I got ICBYD yesterday.

Oh man was I missing out.
For some reason I've always avoided it.But I decided to get
it yesterday.
Exellent '90's techno, just before RDJ got into d'n'b.
Theres some exellent melodies in this album tucked away.

this release doesnt do much for me... there are some good
tracks, but the rest are average...

ventolin is good, but the high pitch gets on my nerves after
awhile.

Icct Hedral on the other hand is genius

last track is amazing. I think it should be the theme to the
end of the world.

I love Come On You Slags!! Maybe too fully develop a love
for it you have to hear it whilst driving along at
high-speeds around here. (The higher parts.)

i loved it for about a month or so after i bought it. i was
even convinced that no matter what, ICBYD would be the only
cd i'd need if i was trapped on adesert island and all that.
but lately i can't stand half the album.
all those 'aphex twin' anograms and stuff piss me off, can't
listen to them. and 'start as you mean to go on' or 'come on
ytou slags'. they suck.

the rest of the cd is absolutely amazing.
acrid avid jam shred
icct hedral (edit)
ventolin
mookid
alberto balsalm
cow cud is a twin
all those tracks would have made the ideal mini-album.

One of my favorite electronic albums for sure, it really
hasn't gotten old with me.

Except Ventolin.

The production is low-fi, but strangely polished or
something, I can't explain. Everything just sounds spiffy.
Some of the synths just make me gooey, but not in a
BOC-wimpy-gooey way.
