I have always loved this song...and expecially tha way it
mixes with the secret track on "Adrenaline" which is great
to.

I want to be much than more
While I watch you

Anyone here digging "Adrenaline" as much as me?

i don't know adrenaline too well. my brother says the new

I love the deftones, but I don't have any of their albums
anymore.

I went through a weird phase where I sold all my good stuff,
it was stupid.

However, you are also seeing what I complain about all the
time. no one gives a shit about good rock music here.

btw: fav. Deftones song = "Savory"

the new album is actually more like a mix of "Around the
Fur" -my second fave - and "White Pony" - my fourth fave -
...which leaves "Deftones" as Third and "Adrenaline" as
first...

"Adrenaline" is more experimental rap/rock/metal IMO

"Around the Fur" is more agressive and the sound is better.

"White Pony" is more melodic and beautiful

"Deftones" is a stand. A ground where Deftones finally sound
like they have found a place for their music

Fireal is ok. Kinda drifts off into nothing really. I should
play it again, s'been ages.

I still prefer the first album over all of them - especially
the last album, which I thought was crap. The guitar tone is
almost as good as the one on 'Vulgar Display Of Power'.

have you heard some of the Weezer-covers they have done? I
have some from live-concerts etc. It's really funny that it
has been such a inspiration for them.

On the "The Smith's" cover "Please please..." it really
shines in the music that they have great Weezer influence

I used to like the deftones but i dunno their sound started
to grate on me, it's probably because i got forced to listen
to it when i didn't want to.

aw comon Jar...it sounds good for a band that almost ended
up in nu-metal hell, but got up with redoing their sound...

I like the new one man...

Well it's probably the only sound they were going to
progress to, as they were always different and more
intelligent than the glut of nu-metal shite, but it's
depressingly mediocre in my opinion. Same tempo all the time
and is Stephen Carpenter unable to learn new chords???
(actually, judging by their live performances and some
guitar lessons I've seen him do I think studio trickery 90%
of his ability, the guy is useless!)

I remember before they covered a weezer song, Chino, was
yelling to the audience

"I just got to see weezer, i just got to see weezer."

can't remember what song they covered though, low, the
deftones are awesome.
