fireworks, and nostalgia

just saw the boston fireworks show

but instead of being a massive tool and going down where its
all crowded... I went and sat on the bridge in front of my
house

perfect view.

fireworks rock. I just love watching them and the sounds of
the booms reflecting across the landscape...

its so damn nostalgic... i am taken back to when I was 7,
laying out on the field with my family, just loving life.

i miss childhood so much... it was such a beautiful time to
live... innocent, and naive.

the more life goes on, the more you become aware of how
fucked up life is... and you long for the past more and
more.

the only thing that makes me feel like a child again, just
pure emotions and unaware of what will happen next, is being
in a relationship... for some reason it makes me feel amazed
again...

sadly, i havnt had a real relationship for quite some time
now... and its rather depressing...

life is such an odd thing...

anyways, im rambling... sorry...

(and no, im not even on drugs)

hope everyone is doing good tonight. just, soaking life in,
and trying to see the beauty that we so often overlook.

eh, i think childhood is overrated.. it seems nice in
hindsight, being an adult.. but it wasnt that great..

but i think i appreciate things more now than when i was a
kid, and for whatever reason, i remember myself worrying
about stupid things more when i was younger than i do
now..even though i have more to worry about..
