Joyrex posted some information here about this. I think it
was a Japanese release that never saw the light of day.
There wasn't any new material on it.

Yes it was a Japanese only release by Warner as part of his
deal with them. It was a 5 CD box set, containing his
releases up to 1997 (I think). It was ue to be released in
1999 but never saw the light of day I don't think.

I think it was On, Digeridoo, Xylem Tube, Ventolin
and Donkey Rhubarb...but don't quote me on that because I
can't really remember.
