Culture accumulates by imitation. You use a computer that
was gradually invented and realized by many generations and
many different people imitating the recorded culture and
then adding their own mutations to it. Copying someone's
style of making music, such as using a computer to do so,
could be beneficial and culturally cumulative, not wasted.

(geocities and fortune city limit you to 5 mb every upload)

However, some people are able to download my files at
soulseek. Apparently it has to do with whether you have a
firewall or not. I think I have a firewall and as long as
both downloader AND uploader don't both have firewalls, the
transfer works. So I'm on soulseek now. And stuff. Yeah. (or
at least I was when I typed this).

i've been experimenting with these "fractal beats". they're
kind of cool but they sound kind of wack. at least when your
beats are stolen from an old drum n bass song

i actually used to do this on my casio by beat boxing into
the little mic and then playing back the 3 different octaves
at the same time, then switching it up a little, making more
beats out of the different speeds. maybe i'll record/post
some of it
