you could've lined it with gold and silver, but adding
bright eyes to the mix just shot the whole thing to hell.

other than that, i tip my hat to mr. tom waits, mr. lou
reed, and modest mouse. aside from those three (and
deathcab, i s'pose. i did have to sit through a show of
theirs at kilby court...which was actually okay, because
that's where i met steve, or...paul, or whatever the hell
his name was, and bought a copy of evasion. good book) i
can't say i'm really all that familiar with any of them.
