(You kidz love the donnie darko, here's a rock song written
just for your cause. I didn't know the subject matter of
the song till I was told, but now it's very clear, Frank the

------------
Frank: He Made Me

for your own safety
search to find this in yourself
he lies awake
while every night the world outside burns down
she comes to take me
watch the ceiling up above
come crashing down
a chance to change the words she whispers
what you see when the sky
opens up above your head.
well i'm not crazy
searching for a hole in time
but its quite alright
i'm just fine
it's today
that the world is at an ending
caught underneath the tires of a car
it's too late
the feeling in her lips is cold
we only have two hours left here any way
she comes to find me
half an hour passes by
don't be late
or you'll miss the ending
of your life today
whats the use if in the end it starts again
it's not fair
the way you look at nothing
causes me to think
for your own safety
search to find this in yourself
I lie awake
while every night the world outside burns down
please come to take me
waiting here for you to speak
but its not quite right
i'm not fine
it's today that the sky has fallen

the movie was very good.
Richard Kelly is a real promising director...
he also uses music very well, at least in this movie,
"Donnie Darko".
I don't understand people who say it suck. Everything was
really good, and AWESOME when you know it only cost $4
million to make. only $4 million... that's nothing.
It's a great film. I love it. Have the DVD.

"Everything" = story, themes, acting, photo (and use of
cameras), editing, sound (and the soundtrack was great)...
not much to complain about at all...

hehe... well you can't compare things like that. things are
more expensive in the US ;)
movies don't cost much in Sweden either... A big budget is
actually $1 million US :)

a song written for it, that I liked and thought you all
might appreciate.

i agree, but personally i didnt see anything that big that
would make donnie twice as expensive as that slovenian film
i think our actors are working for free or something :)

I like the movie

that makes me either less or more special than every single
one of you people

nice little song...
But it would have ROCKEd if after the lyrics
"i'm just fine"
the music became more like mine. Not like mine obviously
since no music is like that.
but ok. it could have become more metal and stuff. raising
the BPMS and some growling by the boy (or girl with dark
voice) who was singing.
Just kidding. it was a nice track actually,
but it could have become brooming after that very lyric
line.

I find it kind of sad

the dreams in which I'm dying, are the best I've ever had

yeah, that's Jake, he's a push-over :D

Glad some of you liked the track, I thought it was good, and
when I found out it was about the movie, I thought it was
even better.

Before it seemed to random, but with a tangible subject,
it's much cooler.
