I have a question :
tomorrow i will go to Scotland, but first i must cross
English border ;
i dont want to take my original cd's and i'm curious - can i
take some cdr with music on it ? can i take them through the
border ?

No it is highly illegal and dangerous. They will explode if
you croos the border!!

jokin aside, of course ye can! It's an invisible border,
there are no checkpoints!!

Hang on, you're in poland at the moment, coming into England
tommorow, then driving over the border?

Didn't know Poles were having difficulty getting in... can't
you show them your tickets and tell them you're on holiday?

What kind of quantity are you bringing?
Are they MP3 CDs or audio CDs?
Are you bringing two or more copies of the same thing?

Personally I can only see them having a problem with it if
you brought a few dozen copies of the same album and it had
printed covers etc- made to look like the real cd...

I wouldn`t worry about it. You could just put them in your
suitcase. Or you could just label the CDs "College Project
disc 1, 2, 3 etc"

and no the same of course - one moby, one teebee, one
autechre etc., my music...

So long as it's unrecognisable (just hope no idm head custom
officials ;) ), just say it's all your own music! Just put
them in a case logic type holder in your suitcase... you'll
not have an problems.

Don't worry about it, the worst that'll happen is they'd
conviscate them and you'd get a telling off.

the perspective of such big money is just amazing

Naughty man- that's a risky game...
Are you moving here or just on holiday?
You got a work visa? Mentioning a festival might be dodgy-
if they're sly they'll ask to see your tickets... just say
you're sightseeing, planning on booking a hotel/bed and
breakfast once you get there.

Sounds a good story to me :0)

Have you got work sorted out? You unlikely to make big money
on cash in hand jobs unless it's something illegal...
