Theres no such thing as individuality. Is there? There no
he, or she, or them. Its just us. Its alway just been us.
Everything else has been a lie. A way to control, a way to
gain power. However power is limitless. Power is infinite.
It alway has been infinite. The problem is some people think
its not. Money is not power. Why have we lied to ourselves?
Why do we continue to lie? Why? Why cant we just embrace
life? Does it scare us? Does it scare us to know that there
are infinite possibilites and we can do whatever we wish?
Does it scare us to become God? Is it really that important?
Over the horizon, it just keeps going. Forever. Its energy
flowing, eternal blissfull energy. ever constant, ever
moving, evermore... no matter who tell you otherwise, it'll
still be there. Waiting, calling, unable to be tamed. Unable
to be controlled. No army can kill it, no politics can tax
it. It just goes on and on forever. Can you feel it? Its
everywhere. Its everything. This is deeper than religion. It
just is.

i know that no matter how nice and big my house could or how
much money i could have in my bank account or how many nice,
cool, expensive things i could have, i will always be
unhappy. unhappy because i cant learn to like myself and i
definately cant learn to like life. and you know...i could
bitch about it eternally, but guess what, it wouldn't do a
fucking thing. gripe about a "system" all you want, nothing
is going to happen. the only thing you control is your
perception.

I've been trying to do that so bad recently. But everything
that I know is based on 5 senses. Its kinda like: how am I
to control my perception? It just how I percieve things. I
can lie to myself? But that doesn't make it better.

well the thing i've learned about myself is...every since
i've been little, i isolated myself from the world. years
down the road, at this point in my life, i see that i'm just
in the world, not part of it. so typically, my perception is
that i do see how things work, but i just dont have to be
part of them.

Always seem to, be govern'd by this love we have
For useless, twisting, our new technology
Oh, now there is no sound - for we all live underground

we are all equal in death (ie. all living things must
eventually succumb to the slow and creeping disease which
has been installed in them since their very beginning).

as for life itself (or a physical form of existence, if you
prefer), think of it as a form of hell of sorts each living
creature and thing must experience in order to understand
its place in the cosmic mosaic that is our universe.

as i noted in a post for a different topic, we are as much a
reflection of god as god is a reflection of us - indeed,
there is no individuality, only a preception of it (aided by
a physical existence and a sense of self-consciousness). one
can assume (from whichever standpoint - philosophical,
spiritual or scientific) that in death we shed the illusion
of individuality and immerse ourseves in the process of
creation on the most fundamental level.

get back to me on that when you're 90 years old and on your
deathbed. if you have not asked yourself what constitutes
the reality you find yourself in and how the process of life
and creation functions, you will be all the more unprepared
and afraid to transcend life once the moment comes (and it
comes to us all, sometimes ever so unexpectedly, so best to
be prepared)

It's astrounding the fantasies we come up with to tell
ourselves just because annihilation is unthinkable.

neither death nor annihilation (if you're talking in
U.S.-instigated all-out nuclear holocaust terms) is not
unthinkable at all - it's merely a fact of existence - it's
inevitable, and all we can do is accept it.

remember, the only things in life which are cerain (at least
for a human being) are: death & taxes

it's not a fantasy to state that upon death our body
progressively disintegrates into the most basic of its
constituent parts, which then in turn enrich the soil,
provide nutrition to plants, trees, etc. and contribute to
the unending process of creation. so in some sense, we do
transcend death, although this doesn't mean a conscious
survival of the "self".

Life is a simple concept, humans have over complicated it to
such an extent that we have lost touch. I don't think there
is any way back for the majority of the earths population as
we are moving too fast in our current course to see what we
are heading towards, or more importantly away
from.............

yes, more or less, in the sense that we cannot transcend or
alter our reality for a time being - determinism is the
proper term to be used in this instance - from birth until
death, our existence has been causally determined from the
very outset (the point at which the physical universe
begun).

however, some people who have had near-death experiences
have reported that in the brief period when they transcended
physical existence, they had a realization that they too
have an ability to construct entire universes from the most
fundamental building blocks of matter. also, some have
reported a sense of awareness of their place in the cosmic
puzzle, gaining knowledge that the constituent parts of the
universe indeed create a whole.

i agree. i went off on a crazy tangent there. we all know
that if our bodies are not mummified upon death and our
spirit is not catered to by being provided a resting place
in the form of a pyramid, we will not be able to experience
the splendours of etarnal life - egiptology 101, folks,
nothing more to it! all this is to say that even in death,
the upper-crust filthy-rich bastards get a one up over the
destitute who can't afford eterlan living. =)
