has anybodoy else noticed the sudden increase in DJ Shadow
and UNKLE music being played on T.V in the UK recently? i
was just watching wimbledon and the song being played in the
background was 'Unreal'. Ive also heard Shadow's songs on
'cutting it' and a number of O2 ads.

yeah, i've got it.

its ok. very expensive for what it is. the best track is
GDMFSOB remix with roots manuva, but you can buy that on
vinyl now at a much reduced price to the cd. oh, it has got
the six days remix with mos def on it too, but thats on the
six days single. otherwise its a collection of so-so
remixes (soulwax rmx of 6 days and tokyo ghetto(who?) rmx of
mashin' on the motorway) and radio edits of walkie talkie
and mashin'.

it has got the walkie talkie and six dys videos which are
ok, if those sorts of things are your cup of tea.

all in all - get the double 12" pack that was released this
week. its a fuck of a lot cheaper and cuts the crap.

all ive heard is endtroducing, i didnt really like it but i
could see what he was trying to do...ive seen an unkle album
in the local shop, for local people, and was debating
weather or not to purchase said record.

was it psyence fiction? i rate this album very highly but
if you dont like endtroducing then you are probably bet off
leaving it. it has got great tracks with thom yorke, badly
drawn boy and richard ashcroft on though.
