Err...I can see his point, you do seem to single him out for some dodgy attention, and some of your comments have been uncalled and unprovoked from everything I have seen. I dunno whether it is jealousy or what, but everytime there is a goon thread at least one of you chip in with negativity, and tits your shit about Rephlex passing his new material up was titally unfounded and a stupid thing to say which could have potentially damaged sales of the new album. oh yea? what did i do then? anyway, you can fuck right on off. there are lots of artists on here, goon is the only one who comes on to advertise. it's really pathetic. until he started spamming i thought he was a lot higher calibre artist than he apparently is. and braindance it probably WAS passed on by grant and richard, not that he'd ever admit it. as goon is a public figure (anyone who releases music professionally is fully open to criticism of their career) i have a right to hypothesize about an upcoming release, and i never made it seem like anything but a hypothesis. |

and it's not like i don't like his music, cos a lot of it i do. i just resented that he used this place as an opportunity to place ads for his upcoming album or remix competitions. all the other professional artists when they post here just kick it and chill, they don't need to bust their ass to get people to buy their album. and so i've been totally cool with them. but with goon it just got to be TOO MUCH. i emailed him yesterday because i didn't want to take it to the board any more than i had already and he was a dick. we agreed to just ignore each other but he didn't keep his half of the promise! so anyway if you wanna chat with him go to WATMM or something. i can't really say i'm sorry to see him go, he's a twerp. |

agreed. I got ALOT of shit for pointing this out on watmm. He never adds to the community, he just spams (well, he does add a bit more to watmm now... but before he didnt). And it also kills me, when I see people yelling left and right at amatuers, just trying to get advice, and people are complaining about spam, but then goon just stops in for 5 seconds, spams, and everyone just tells him how much they love him etc. i personally dont like his music, but that isnt even the issue. Its the way he acts. Also, I have since been civil to him. But, well, he holds a big grudge, and said some nasty comments to me. |

oh yeah, and when I brought to attention that he had posted like 4 tracks, and everything, but never listened to anyones tracks... he said it was because his connection is too slow. but he is able to upload all his tracks? after that, within id say 20 mins of that discussion, he went, and downloaded 3 tracks by people on watmm, and commented on them real hard it is eh? |

Ive already come to the conclusion that he is an asshole... Id rather he didnt come here... because it would just be sad to see someone be mean to his biggest fans.
