I think I read that George W Bush is now on his way to raise
about 500 million dollars for his re-election campaign...
That's a whole lot of money going straight down the toilet.

500 millions seem a bit much, dont you think?

50 perhaps?

500 is just CRAZY!

If I got 1 million $ I would probably try make "my" voice
heard...somehow. But I don't think 1 m. would take me very
far. Liberating my own and others minds from massmedia
manipulation will be a costly production.

In keeping with the topic I'd like to recommend the track
"Millionaire Dogs" by LFO (Mark Bell).

I'd spend 1 million on some music equipment, a decent sized
apartment in Bristol, a small villa in Menorca and I'd
continue working.

Star Tribune :
Republicans involved in Bush's campaign said they were
expecting to raise $170 million, or nearly twice the $100
million Bush raised for the primaries in the 2000 race. All
this money would go to finance activities that occur during
primary season, even though Bush does not face a challenge
for his party's nomination. After Bush is formally nominated
at the convention in September 2004, his campaign plans to
accept federal matching funds.

those apartments overlooking the river near the suspension
bridge are nice but i don't think you're gonna get much
change from $1m

I don't want to create a whole new topic for this simple
question: How do you do followups? Simply click the post-id
or what?

He he, my current appartment is not far from there... :)

I was thinking a single floor converted in an old house in
clifton- £650,000 or so...
£120,000 villa in Spain (Menorca) £10,000 music equipment
and music. and that'd leave me with £200,000+. I'd spend
that on 2 small properties (once the market crashes a bit)
and rent them out as revenue generators... yes, a million
would do me nicely. I'd still wear shit clothes mind :)

I was at a house party in a massive house overlooking the
harbour the other week, must have easily been a million.
