I bought this film on DVD and it is seriously the nicest film I have ever watched. There is nothing nasty about it, just a really ncie story but manages to stay away from sentimentality. Oh and it was directed by David Lynch so the whole feel of the film is special too :D Anyone else seen it? |

I said average not bad :D Besides this film should not be watched if you are an action junky. It is just a nice film with a nice story...cool to chill to with a few beers and a spliff |

what the fuck!? I just got this on dvd yesterday and watched it for the first time about an hour ago! I loved it! beautiful camerawork, great score, love the slow pace, very gentle, very moving and GREAT acting. |

awesome film. based on a true story. nice to see lynch do a film with no villian or malice in it. a nice sweet story. personally, i feel alot of emotions when i watch this movie. there are some good messages in here, too; as far as how people treat one another, and the whole brotherhood thing. |

I'm thinking of buying the dvd of the tv-version of Dune, which has 30 minutes restored.. I read about some fun scenes Lynch had to cut out.. |

I like everything Lynch has done, including Dune, including Six Figures getting sick, and EVERYTHING!! Straight story rules, but Mulholland Drive is the best. it's my favorite move.. EVER!! The TV version of dune is apparently so bad that Lynch had his named removed from the credits. |

i didn't like Dune either. though i only saw the version with the obnoxious voice-over. i heard there is a longer, better version but i have not seen it. i like all other lynch films.. especially Blue Velvet and Fire Walk WIth Me |

last night I downloaded the soundtrack of The Straight Story - its great. really nice to hear this side of Angelo Badalamenti. impressive. |
