I love the backround drum loop.
Classic Photek super tight Beatz =)

So Teebee is on Photek Productions ???
I didn't see that one comming since teebee is like a Photek
clone hehe!
Its like Aphex would sign Chris Clark to MEN.

If you got a "full duplex" soundcard open the site in two
windows and listen what happens =)

Cool link...cheers, sido...

Good to see Rupert is hanging on in there...I really don't
think big labels are the place for talents like him; like
AGCG found (also on Sony IIRC...)...

Man, thats some crazy stuff happening there. Then again...I
am guessing that would happen with any two hard drum lines
out of phase with each other. Yeah, but it was mad while it
lasted. I actually pushed it up to 4 browsers...insane.

Ta for tipping me off about AGCG - Essence, just picked up
Humanity 12" with some quality remixes on it. Ideal for
mixing jazzier stuff into DnB.

Smooth....

You got Black Secret Technology, Ceri?...

I still find it real hard to believe that release never got
the props it deserved...I'd go as far as saying it's the #1
dnB/Jungle album...

And very IDM friendly....experimental and danceable is a
tough combination to pull off....

(Just googled for a pic and found this piece of Cultural
Theory at CTHEORY Black Secret Technology
(The Whitey On The Moon Dub)
...

"More specifically, black secret technology is taking white
technology apart and not putting it back together properly.
Black secret technology is finding the secret life of hi-fi
equipment like the Technics SL-1200. Black secret technology
is discovering the mis-uses of the Roland TB-303, a machine
originally intended to help rock guitarists practice over
synthesized basslines, but tweaked in order to create acid
house and all its subsequent variations. Black secret
technology is George Clinton setting out to find a
'psychedelics of the mixing desk'. Or Lee Perry confessing
that his studio had become a "pulsating, unpredictable
brain". "It was like a space craft. You could hear space in
the tracks." "

Rerelease has this cover...

Believe it was remastered/mixed with added bass, but not
100% sure....

Cheers Jand, not heard of those, I'll keep an eye out for
it. I like the GCG logo, pretty clever.

theres a fantastic remix of fever by black dog which i think
is much better than the original. its worth getting for
that track alone, besides other than the original i can't
remember what the 3rd track on the 12 is.

Ah cool, I'll keep an eye out for that one. I managed to
find the Humanity 4 track for £3 so hopefully I'll be
equally lucky with this one.

i've seen around a lot second hand so you shouldn't have any
problems. haven't been vinyl shopping in brizzul for a
while now though.

humanity goes perfectly into the second photek productions
12 (the grey one) for the life of me i can't remember what
the track is called tho....

That mix of fever is the really jazzy ambient one....done by
Ken Downie alone. Nice remix that.
