oh man like in pi where the guys were like here's a disc and
it was hebrew and then it was numbers and then it was hebrew
and he guessed the stock market and then the black lady with
the gun came after him and then the jews saved him but then
the jews punched him and made him put a belt on his arm and
wear a yah-muh-kah and then he was like ITS INSIDE ME

cos china has billions of people and all the other countries
are very large compared to israel which has a population of
only 3 million. you may have to compromise by finding a
different operating system or using an english based one
that handles it phonetically. it may be on the way but those
are your best options

Which version of OS X are you using? 10.2 supports Hebrew,
Arabic, etc.

Check here

Mac OS X v10.2 comes with full Unicode support and
thousands of dollars worth of high-quality fonts - including
Japanese and Chinese - and supports non-Roman alphabets
(like Arabic, Thai and Hebrew) via improved input and a new
Unicode Character Palette.
