why are there russian, vietnamian, japanese, chinese, etc. unicode encodages on osX but not hebrew nor arabic? is there any way to get them? |

cos china has billions of people and all the other countries are very large compared to israel which has a population of only 3 million. you may have to compromise by finding a different operating system or using an english based one that handles it phonetically. it may be on the way but those are your best options |
