I suppose praising my music is a counter tactic for my
insulting of yours... it's a very good tactic indeed. What
can I do now except feel guilty and mean *sniff*
Please forgive me for enjoying "taking the piss" out of
authority and popular figures, especially when I can do it
anonymously. I wish mel gibson would post here so I could
verbally annihilate his acting or something. Well you're
music is on the label "reflex" right? Isn't that richard D.
James's label? So has he heard your music? Or does he really
sign artists based on sexual favors as he says?

"rephelx" if it matters, which it kinda does, "reflex" is
that wild and crazy character here on the board, that got
kicked out of McDonalds.

sounds like DMT

That's cool pachi.
What is DMT? Well, there was a track someone else made. This
track was a robot-like voice saying something that attempted
to be like, uh, weird pessimistic deep phrases or something.
I cut out syllables and pasted them together into the new
words: "i like cookies" (then added biomorphic in there as
well since it was one of the real words in the track I
"remixed")
Then for the rest I used different syllables to make a
round, but every patch of quite resulting, I added some
other syllable "lote" or something. Then I made it into a
melody. and made a new version that was all squiggled
somehow with complex volume changes and stuff and faded it
in and out. Then at the end was something basically the same
only with a new structure I think based on units of 5
instead of 4 or something.

I bet I could use basically the same exact creation process
to remix your track. Plus you're giving away 600 bucks to
the winner right? Who's supplying the cash? That could very
well be a great get popular- get rich scheme (I've been
interested in schemes/ con artists and stuff... like those
chain letters that say to send one dollar to 10 different
addresses and then add your own address... or the book
"catch me if you can") If you have a 600 dollar prize, then
a LOT of people will hear your music indeed. The money might
just turn into a small investment relative to future sales
resulting from your exposure. I'm not putting down the remix
competition, just thinking of interesting ways to manipulate
people. I guess share-ware was a very successful economic
idea, where you give away FREE copies of a videogame or
something and then include a note to have the buyer send you
a check for more parts in a trilogy or something.

if you entered i guess you'd have a good chance of winning,
and its not 600 bucks, its 600 quid, which is like 1000
bucks maybe?
