in an enrraged elf had you pinned down and said pick - deaf orr blind, what would you pick. i'd be deaf. i would not like it one bit, imagine all the new albums you could neverr hearr but then think if you werre blink, you could not rread orr watch TV, look at a beautiful woman/man, doing little things would be harrd. |

i used to say blind... but then my teacher gave me a list of reasons why deaf would be better now im just torn, and cant make up my mind. |

If i had to choose i'd rather be deaf... i guess. But i would miss music soooo much! Aaaargh! I'm sure i would regret my decision for the rest of my life. But the thought of being blind totally freaks me out. I suppose you get used to it, but it would make me feel very claustrofobic and cut-off from the world. I think it's easier to live a normal life when you're deaf, than it is when you're blind. |

i had two aunts one was deaf and one was blind, the one who was deaf was infinately more independant than the blind one, but the blind aunt could listen to music, read, still play piano so i dunno, i think i'd rather be deaf cos my deaf aunt had a better quality of life, but then again no music....aaack |
