5) you don't even know if you ARE or if you HAVE your body (some aren't even sure it's theirs) 6) you can wish, for example that your favorite color would be red whereas your favorite color is aquamarine. 7) you're not even sure what controls you beyond yourself... you're not even sure of WHO you are... 8) ...in fact, you cannot be sure of ANYTHING. 9) some people in this universe actually like patrick fiori. (if you don't know what it is, you're not missing anything!!!) 10) you have to wake up every morning and follow the same routine everyday. and though no day is like the other, it still sounds the same to you. 11) "boredom", "uncomfort", "pain" exist. 12) people can be mean and cruel to each other. 13) "death" exists, too, and some people even wish for their own! 14) "love", "drugs"... brings you to great heights of "happiness", just to let you fall down from higher afterwards. 15) you cannot fly nor breathe underwater nor move through walls. you cannot do all the things you want. 16) you can dislike yourself and wish you were somebody else, or even wish you were dead. 17) some of your dreams HAVE to stay dreams, because reality would rape/destroy them. 18) all living beings are driven by instincts they cannot control. 19) everything in this universe could be material, spiritual could be just an illusion and you're not even sure of it! 20) everything and everyone decays, falls apart, goes senile or berserk, dies, etc. you cannot rely on anything, not even yourself. 21) you need "watches" or "clocks" or other "instruments" to tell the time. in fact, you need "tools" for a lot of things. 22) every pleasure has its price. 23) you may need to make yourself believe things, and to alter your own mind, consciously or unconsciously, to bear reality. you cannot have an objective view of things. you cannot bear reality, you need artificial paradises or escapes from your mind, be it drugs, dreams, art, love, or anything. 24) you like |
