You know in windows xp when you first installed it, it kept
offering to remember passwords for you so you didn't have to
keep typing the in? And that if you accidentally click the
button that says "stop offering to remember my passwords" it
stop offering? Well, how the fuck do you get it to start
asking again?

under Tools, go to Internet Options.

then go to the tab Content. press the button called
AutoComplete..

there you can reactivate it ("Prompt me to save passwords")

Excellent! Thanks! Google was being a bitch and offering no
answers, and I could navigate endlessly around xp before I
found it.
