I just read the article where the interviewer asks Richard how he feels about Radiohead, who say that they were heavily influenced by his music, and he basically calls them crap, saying he's only heard a few songs. I'm a big fan of the group, and likewise, I also trust that Richard is extremely talented enough that his opinion is actually worth something. Anyways, I'd just like to know what he thinks of some of his labelmates. I absolutely love nearly every last artist on Warp Records. The new Prefuse73 LP is just fucking genius, as is Chris Clark's, Brothomstates, Plaid and so on. They deserve all (if not more in some cases honestly,) the credit that Richard gets. |

Confield really is Brave! There isn't any compromise on that release. Yeah it's hard to appreciate if your expecting 4/4 music, I really think this album will be remembered long after DrukQs. There are some great tracks on Richards latest but it just doesn't work as an album for me.... Cue: flame That's what I think anyway....... |

I thought confield was superb. Ae is really taking their sound in new directions, can't say that AFX is doing that so much; While I love what I've heard of drukqs it still sounds like what we've come to expect from RDJ |

I hope richard wasn't hearing "a few songs" from their first LP, pablo honey (the one with probably their biggest pop radio hit creep) that one wasn't very good at all. |
