· Amorphous Androgynous - The Isness may be my favorite...
trippy, sensual, psychedelic in a way.
· Tool - Lateralus is very very nice too, with the levels
of transluency...
· The Young Gods - Second Nature, another transluecent
gorgeous one.
· Coil - Love's Secret Domain, looks like a painting on a
door with the painter on acid! and there is a winger penis
ejaculating fire on it, how great is that!!
· Nurse With Wound - Man With The Woman Face, surrealistic
covers, like the music, very very nice!
· Aphex Twin - Windowlicker, SAWII, drukQs; Plaid - Not For
Threes; Amon Tobin - Out From Out Where; BoC - Geogaddi;
Massive Attack - Mezzanine, love those ones too... also NIN
ones, The Downward Spiral and The Fragile and the deluxe
edition of AATCHB are great too. and Haus Der Lüge by
Einstürzende Neubauten. and others...

Which one of Turn loose the Swans?
LP,MC and CD had all different kinds...

From my dying bride I like The Angel And The Dark River
most.

pics:

Isness. Second Nature. (imagine it in transparence
levels) Love's Secret Domain. Man With The Woman Face. Haus Der Lüge.

also, never heard the music from it, but these ones from Die
Form - Extremum are interesting too:
1 2 3 4
5 6

and i forgot (will probably get the album soon btw, it seems
to be great) Bola - Fyuti.

old favorite =)
Bad scan , the picture is actualy incredibly detailed. I
could sit for hours and satir at it when i was a kid.

Caught somwhere in time
Number 2 on Recroom magazines Album covers of all time.

This cover is cool because it is just so dense. "Where's
Waldo" has nothing on this thing. There's just so much to
find. Somewhere online you can find a list of like 30 things
that are hidden in this cover. Of course, the main idea is
that it is a tribute to the absolutely horrible (yet
insanely influential and oft-sampled) "Blade Runner." You're
gonna have to buy the album and really look hard at it to
get the whole idea for this one.

I love all of NIN's abstract minimalism after The Downward
Spiral (HALO SE7EN).

Autechre's Amber and the similarities of Chiastic
Slide/Cichlisuite/Envane.

Aphex - Drukqs, SAWII, and Surfing on Sine Waves.

oh, yes, and Radiohead - Kid A is good, i like Amnesiac a
lot and their new stuff.

I really love the cover of Amber by Autechre... another
reason why I need to buy the actual album...

others:
Peter Gabriel - Passion (of course), The Long Walk Home, Up
Radiohead - Kid A, Ok Computer
Autechre - Draft 7.30, EP7, Chiastic Slide, Cichlisuite
Aphex Twin - The RDJ Album, SAW85-92, SAWII, Windowlicker
(heh)
Bjork - Homogenic
Underworld - Second Toughest in the Infants
Amon Tobin - Out From Out Where
Boards of Canada - Twoism, Geogaddi, A Beautiful Place...
Plaid - P-Brane (heh, love those whole transparant thing)

i thought that i just replied to this thread - but i don't
see my response...maybe it was a different thread of the
same nature. anyhow..this is what i pick:

bola - fyuti
bjork - vespertine (i love the drawing over photographs in
white sort of look)
any pj harvey record - maria mochnaz photographs her and it
always looks cool and uniquely pj.

WooferAttack > yes, i hard forgotten Ventolin!
all four Ventolin and On EPs have great covers... they're
almost worth it for the cover art alone. : )
Lifeforms, the cover is very nice but it's a shame it's
blurry like in bad res... i prefer Lifeforms paths - remixes (though i
never seen it for real) : )
