For those of you who has download FL4 illigal! If you have old projects in FL3.x and load them into FL4 they will work. But when loading them again, plugins like soundfonts, will reset! If you then think "ah ok, i'll just reinstall my 3.x" YOU CAN FORGET IT! IT WILL CORRUPT ALL YOUR .FLP-FILES THAT YOU HAVE OPENED IN FL4, SO THEREFORE THEY ARE LOST! STAY AWAY FROM FL4/STUDIO!! |

then you problably haven't discovered the real problems yet...i'll bet that if you try to load a FL4 .flp in FL3.x you'll get the smae "corrupt file" error |

thank god i rarely use soundfonts it doesnt matter anyway caus i dont use floops.. is all your music fucked up now junktion? |

Yikes! I remember with 3.56 if you try and download one of there 'Live loops' the program kills itself. Happened to me once, had to re-install it.. t'was ok in the end kids! |

yeah...but it really doesnt matter for me...i have writers block at the moment, and i havent made any music for weeks. So i'm going to start again, it's better that i start on a new project ;) I feel more sorry for Map though, he lost a lot me thinks :( |

just found out that even if you have only opened a file in FL4 and NOT saved it, it still has trouble in FL3 ...if saving as zip-file, the file never saves |

i have flstudio4.1 - and osundfonts and everything else along with them werk perfectly fine - you guys are dumb and d/l the pre-final version there is another copy of flstudio4.1 floating around that is bug-free and about the taking flstudio files and loading them into fl3.x - that will not werk befcause it is a completely differant format - there is information in flp files for studio then there is for 3.x flp files - so it isnt reasonable to think that they will be compatible AND flstudio is the best piece of software ive ever EVER used. EVER. |
