I had a hippie friend who bought a huge bag of tiny dried fish at a Korean grocery and walked around munching on them for weeks. His complexion was so oily that if he wiped his face with his hand you could watch as beads of oil - not sweat but oil - would rise from the pores on his nose like tiny puffball mushrooms. I don't think this was related to the fish but those are the two things i remember about him - |

i saw those once last summer during my lunch break from work i was eating lunch with a bunch of Filipinos. one of the foods they had was a small, dried fish of some sort. i ate it, & it was really crunchy & salty, but it wasn't bad. |
