Just got back from seeing him live. It was real good, but too many "Glasgow Fabulous" posers for my liking.
Also, the set was very short and he missed out a lot of my favourite tracks.
But hey, it was enjoyable.

Someone I know saw him in London but he was dissapointed as there were some suits shouting at him and it was a terrible sound system.....He must be a bit sad at the moment....I like some of the passing trains things.

i saw him at a little venue called moog in nottingham, terrible sound quality i thought. good tunes though. new album nowhere as good as the last one.

i agree. the old album is a corker, but the new one isnt very different, which i think is its downfall.
The synths are all very similar and the beat strcutures are similar too.

i saw him when i walked in just standing on his own by the bar, he did seem quite sad.....i pondered about buying him a drink, but i thought, "if he doesnt speak english, i'm fucked!"
i decided to lurk in the shadows and take in the gig instead.
