yet to see them live, my mates saw em at glasto last year
and said they were realy good.

3 eps and hot shots II are both realy good, havent heard the
1st album though.

I saw them live in Glasgow a few years ago and they were

never seen them live, but their recorded tracks are pretty
mediocre.

Interesting, and somewhat catchy the first couple of times
around, but for me it got old FAST.

Agreed! I have not heard the first one either, don't know
why, really. I saw them live as an opening concert in last
years Roskilde, and despite the poor sound on the sexonst
biggest scene (the green?), the concert was great!

im kind of interested in hearing the first album as they
supposedly tried to make it crap, but on the other hand i
dont want to hear becasue it is supposed to be crap!

the fist album is crap
but 3 ep's are amazing and hot shots II is one of teh best
2001 albums. one of my "i want to see them live" bands...BUT
I'LL SEE SONIC YOUTH IN ONE MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the beta band is excellent. I think they just make a point

in my mind the beta band are some of the finest purveyors of
pop in this age... it's a tricky thing to pull of and i'd be
hard pressed to think of more than a few pop bands that i
like right now... Wilco... Simian is decent... ...?

marvelous, havnt done no wrong, King Buscuit Time Eps are
monsters too.

just dumped their producer i hear, redoing the new album, so
may be a while before the new stuff.
