i'm in the process of a home recording.

i plug my guitar (maton, electric acoustic) into my laptop.
i strum, but there is a massive delay (like 1 or 2 secs)
before i hear it in my headphones.

this makes recording in time next to impossible.

can anyone help solve my problem?

p.s i am recording in logic audio 5

try to plug first in the amp then in laptop...or try
recording in soundforge, i've never had similiar problem
with SF.
