if the same game is released for both concoles
regardless of the price for which concole would you buy it?

GC game should have slightly better graphics, even if it is
a close port, should be a bit better.

I also prefer the GC controllers, but that is personal
preference.

im weird, so it depends on the original. if they were
released on one console before the other, ill go with the
one it was released first on. if they were all released at
the same time, it depends on what kind of game it is.

i have ocd.

I always thought PS2 games looked nicer than GC if the same
title came out

CeriJC has 'Enter the Matrix' and that is certainly better
on the GC. However games do look 'crisper' on the PS2
because I use an S-Video cable for the picture. S-Video
cables are according to Nintendo, not available for the
European consoles (believe me I've tried as well)

Now I have got used to it, I think the GC controller is
better. Also the forthcoming Soul Calibre II will have
Nintendo's 'Link' from Zelda as a character in the GC
edition.

Generally I tend to buy games for both. When I bought my
Gamecube I didn't want to get rid of my PS2, there are
excellent reasons for having both (best of both worlds)
