um... as much as i like mhtrtc, i DO like geogaddi MUCH better. more tight kinda structures, poppier in some ways... LOVELY ambience and some great samples/concepts.

thank YOU sir, I feel much saner I feel like geogaddi is much fresher and less mainstream as much as I hesitate to use "mainstream" in context with BoC

i think "generic" is a better word, in this instance. mhtrtc, as good as it is, feels a bit stale in some ways that geogaddi makes painfully aparent.
nothing wrong with popularity, as long as it doesnt change you.

geogaddi is just too damn expensive -> could not buy it -> just have mp3s -> crap

I haven't listened to either, and I think twoism is my fav boc at the moment, BUT... I do think that overall Geogaddi is just a better listen... MHTRTC may be a bit more consistent then Geogaddi, but the best songs on Geogaddi are better then the best on MHTRTC imo...

mhtrtc is seriously overrated imo. it has a few killer tracks but a lot of boring stuff too, and i will not ever forgive them for putting smokes quantity on it (that track is too fuckin brilliant and belongs on twoism).
geogaddi works much better as a whole album for me and it has a more direct atmosphere, whereas mhtrtc just seems like a collection of songs that are too different every time.
i'm not really finding my way with words today, but i dont care because care dont i today.
