All those that love Robin and Liz, raise your hands.

What is your fave Twins album(s)?

Mine are Head Over Heels/Sunburst And Snowblind
Treasure/Aikea Guinea
Heaven or Las Vegas.

I hated them at first listen, but they are one of my
favorite bands now. I like most of their stuff except their
last two albums - way too fluffy.

I hate listing favorites.

Favorite album: Treasure
Favorite track: Millimillenary

Yeah...their last two albums were fluff....Milk and Kisses
and Four Calendar Cafe were quite seriously just pretty
noodles. Their early stuff still blows my mind though.

I really liked them like, 10-13 years ago, haven't listened
to my old cassettes recently, tho.

my favorites are
blue bell knoll
and
victoria land.

the accoustic ep 'twinlights' is also quite nice

saw cocteau twins live about 7 or 8 years ago. someone
shouted out "fuck my ear!"
although that was a bit crass, it was quite an apt comment.

I love them, especially their first three albums. Do I
really have to raise my hand?

mimi :

i love garlands too...it is just that the next two full
lengths and singles just raised the bar so high...

steve :

yeah...the first three are really their best work...except
maybe, Heaven Or Las Vegas

i like garlands too.
but it's almost like another band. i do, however, wish she
used her tenor voice more on other albums like on garlands.

on massive attack's mezzanine, she sings 'black milk' almost
completelely in her tenor voice. and that is quite amazing.
