So yeah, apparently with this new itunes apple store...
ANYONE can upload their songs, it have it registered on the
itunes music store... meaning, if someone downloads your
track, you get 35 cents, out of the 99 cents it costs for a
song
Thats a really good percentage....
Thats great news for artists... i think it will change
things... its any easy way to get your stuff out, its a
popular source, AND you get a nice chunk!
10 songs for a CD lets say.... 35 cents.... thats $3.50! Not
a bad deal, considering you probably wouldnt get that much
of the cut if you were on a label.

this seems similar to the sheet music thing for composers -
where you register with this thing (i'm gonna have to be
vague), and they lodge your music and if it's used in a
programme you get money.
