anyone familiar with this pianist?

i wasn't until a minute ago, i saw him on tv just yet
pretty impressive stuff.. he's a cuban jazzpianist or
something , but it seemed that he mixed all different kind
of styles..

i'm gonna try to find some of his stuff... :)
